CELTIC, Middle Danube. Uncertain tribe. 2nd-1st centuries BC. Tetradrachm (Silver, 21 mm, 9.05 g), 'Buckelavers' type. Plain bulge. Rev. Celticized horse prancing left; before, two pellets; above, four pellets; below, cone surmounted by pellet. Dembski 1293-4. Flesche 499 va. (five pellets above horse). Lanz 682. OTA 359/10. Nicely toned. The obverse struck somewhat off center and with light scratches, otherwise, good very fine.
